The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, a delay may occur during the delivery process.

When can I expect my order?

Track & Trace information is available once your package arrives with the carrier. Please note that there may be delays, and it could take a little longer for the information to be updated on your order.
